Services Description

Fast Fulfillment provides warehousing and distribution services including warehousing, order fulfillment, inventory management, and shipping services. Specific terms for individual services are outlined in separate service agreements.

User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information when requesting quotes or signing up for our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Limitation of Liability

Fast Fulfillment shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services, except as otherwise specified in individual service agreements.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
